This site works best with Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or higher, Netscape, version 4.5 or higher, Firefox 2.0 and higher, Chrome, and Safari. The reason for incompatibility with some earlier versions of some browsers has to do with the JavaScript programming that is used to make the Active Searches page work.

NOTE: Some people with older versions of Internet Explorer might see JavaScript errors on the Active Searches page. The message is "Errors on page" (or something like that) and either only part of the page appears or nothing happens. What appears to be the easiest solution to this is to download the latest version of Internet Explorer. Click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer link below.

If you are not sure of the version of your browser, go to http://www.familytreesearcher.com/mysearch/problem_reporting.htm.
