There are four possible reasons that this might occur:
- The browser you are using is older version. See what
browsers work best with this site.
- You are using AOL. See special instructions for AOL users.
- You are using CompuServe. See special instructions

- If the Active Searches page once worked, but now is showing JavaScript
errors, then you might try refreshing the screen. If this does not work and
you have a Netscape browser, see instructions for
